BEACH BOOT CAMP
An exhilarating soft sand workout on the beach with dynamic interval training that will burn maximum calories, get your body moving in every direction, add agility, coordination and useable strength. All levels welcomed. Get out of the gym and cross train outside under the beautiful California weather.
Yoga Classes and Relaxation
An ideal class for any student that prefers a vinyasa class with a more relaxed pace. Gentle Yoga is a powerful remedy to feeling “stressed out,” weakened or fatigued. In this class the “allowing” of the body to be supported in different yoga poses, both active and restorative, with conscious breathing brings balance in one’s energy and a clear calmness to one’s mind.
This style of yoga is lively and challenging, highlighting strength in our yoga practice, while still incorporating flexibility and balance. Strong flow focuses on building strength through understanding of leverage and stacking of bone and muscle structures to optimize strength and endurance. You will find your edge and discover your inner strength.
YOGA CORE STRENGTH
Focusing on strengthening the trunk muscles and lower back, as this is the foundation for all of the other muscles in the body. This class uses muscles to build and support the core muscles, while at the same time working your body from head to toe.
Perfect for beginners or those looking for some gentle stretching combined with breath work. A great class for the family to enjoy together, and a perfect class to take before receiving your massage treatments, to gently loosen the body.
YOGA WALL AND BODY STRUCTURE
Utilizing our unique strap wall for deeper stretches and a more intense workout – add this class in combination with your cardio class or a yoga class.
An all-level yoga class focusing on posture, alignment and breathing techniques.
This vinyasa flow class invigorates challenges and uplifts the mind, body and spirit. The breath moves the student seamlessly through a series of asanas (poses). Thoughtful and creative sequences provide a safe and fun-loving practice.
