Spa Gaucin personal trainers are available upon request to evaluate your current fitness routine, design a new fitness regimen, or host a private fitness class at the beach, on the resort grounds, or in the Fitness Center. Call 949-234-3367 for reservations. One-on-One Personal Training - $120
Body Composition Analysis
Includes a health screen, body composition analysis, body measurements, nutritional assessment and recommendations per ADA guidelines. The client will be given their results as well as a nutritional handout. $55
Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation
A combination of the fitness consultation and body composition session as well as a postural / stability analysis. A personalized fitness program will be developed for the client based on the fitness evaluation results and client's goals. A Fitness Reevaluation is recommended to reassess body composition and refocus the client's goals if necessary. $160

Belly Remix
This funky blend of belly dance, Latin moves, and other popular up-beat dance grooves will add a fun spin to your every day cardio routine.
Turbo Kick Boxing
This full body challenge will enliven each muscle with power kicks and jabs and help you reach an optimal heart rate zone.
Beach Walk & Jog
The ocean is heralded for its healing properties… energize for the day with a walk/jog to the edge of the ocean.
Cardio Beach Boot Camp
You'll start with a light jog down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Once at Salt Creek Beach, you'll enjoy the ultimate workout utilizing the natural elements for a drill style blend of cardio, squats and dips.
Yoga-Lates Fusion
A cardio class that fluidly blends sequences from both Yoga and Pilates. This class is designed to strengthen and elongate your muscles, while improving your coordination and body awareness.
Gypsy-Lates
A cardio class with Middle Eastern inspired dance moves fused with a Latin twist. The class is concluded with a sampling of traditional Pilates moves.
Zumba
A combination of high energy, motivating music, unique moves and combinations allow you dance you're your worries and 500-700 calories. A "feel-happy" workout that is "fun and easy to do!"
Strengthening/Conditioning Classes
Total Body Abs
Focus on core-strengthening with this in-depth and target-oriented class. The body's midsection will feel streamlined and elongated, resulting in improved posture and natural alignment.
Power Body Tone
Sculpt your muscles while working on overall body coordination. This class will tone you from the bottom up by using a blend of natural body weight and light weights. The exercises will isolate each muscle group while maintaining proper alignment.
Body Conditioning
Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and purposeful fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. An all-round total body conditioning workout.
Relaxation and Yoga Classes
Beach Walk
Walk from the Spa Gaucin Fitness Center to the beautiful shoreline of Salt Creek Beach. This 2.5 mile walk is a great way to fill your daily cardio requirements and enjoy the southern California weather.
Hatha Yoga
A compassionate blend of various yoga styles to tone and lengthen the body, increasing flexibility, strength, and balance. Utilizing the breath with each movement increases circulation and relaxation, creating a sense of ease within the body and tranquility for the mind.
Intuitive Yoga
Custom tailored to the needs of each guest, this class is a complete balance of gentle stretching on our unique yoga wall, challenging yoga transitions, and meditation, creating a natural detox for the mind, body, soul.
Meditation & Yoga
A heart-centered yoga practice, which guides you though a calming, restorative sequence that finishes with supine and seated meditation. These guided meditations are specially designed to relax your entire mind and body, while fostering a sense of compassion, self-knowledge, concentration, and focus.
Strap & Stretch
Learn the true motions of your body with our Strap Yoga wall. Incorporating the use of our Foam rollers too dig deep into your sore muscles. Relax and engage…give your body a break and Re-evaluate the true pleasure in life.
Strap Yoga
Step out from your basic routine, and enjoy our Strap Yoga wall. This class will assist you through basic yoga poses, yet pull your muscles into the deepest stretch possible, followed by a meditative relaxation series.
Therapeutic Pilates
You'll learn the functions and movements your body performs and repeats on a daily basis and therefore, needs stretching and strengthening. For improved health, focus will be given to the core postural muscles that are in charge of maintaining a balanced body.
All classes meet in the fitness atrium.
