Under the direction of Wine Director Rajat Parr, Stonehill Tavern presents a wine selection of more than 400 bottles with a focus on boutique producers in the California wine regions. Stonehill Tavern was designed by celebrated international designer Tony Chi, whose striking décor and artful melding of interior dining and terrace seating provides an inviting visual expression of the outdoor way of life that represents California.
Vegetable Discovery Tasting Menu - Available Through March 31
Chef Raj Dixit’s new Vegetable Discovery Tasting Menu takes diners on a journey highlighting fresh, seasonal produce from the central coast of California, prepared using elevated cooking techniques. From beets and black truffles to turnips and wild mushrooms, the five-course menu features a series of amuse bouche, tastes, specialty dishes and dessert inspired by the region’s harvest. Scotch in the Rocks - Available throughout the month of January
Throughout the month of January, visit Stonehill Tavern for a “Scotch in the Rocks” flight, part of Mina Group’s monthly Down the Hatch program. This unique flight experience, which starts with hollowed-out ice cubes injected with scotch and then shattered with a mini-hammer, offers guests a taste of Balvenie DoubleWood 12-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey, Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey and Lagavulin 16-year-old Islay Single Malt Whisky. This three-tasting flight is available for $45 through January 31.
